Take a look at Haven's 1st Birthday Party. I did a boho theme, at a park, and it was completely vegan. All the food was healthy and nourishing (well, with the exception of corn chips because I ran out of time to make raw flax crackers!!). Not all the food was oil-free and low fat, but it was 100% vegan and 100% delicious. The guests all loved the food and it brought me so much joy, to see so many non-vegans, loving all the vegan food, and realising just how good healthy, vegan food can taste!

Chia Pudding Recipe:
1 cup Almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
2-4 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients in a jar and stir well, making sure there are no chia clumps. Leave in the fridge overnight. Serve with whipped cashew cream, berries and cacao nibs on top.

Whipped Cashew Cream Recipe:

1 cups cashews, soaked for 1 hour
4-5 dates, soaked if not soft and gooey
1 tsp vanilla
3/4-1 cup water

Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Add water slowly, so that it doesn't get too runny. Add more as needed.
