How to make Macaroni & Cheese:
Ingredients:
200g macaroni
50g butter
2 tbs plain flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

Macaroni & Cheese Cupcakes
Ingredient:
225g8 oz Macaroni Pasta
225g/8 oz Cheddar Cheese or Cheese of your choice
2 tsp Cornflour/Cornstarch
1 cup Milk
1 Egg
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Butter

Macaroni & Cheese Bacon Pie
Ingredients:
6 slices bacon plus the bacon for the top
4 cups macaroni
4 Tbsp - 1 1/2 stick of butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2.5 cups milk
2 tsp mustard
1 egg yolk
400g/1 pound cheese

MAC & CHEESE WITH BEEF
Ingredients:
1 onion
1/2 kg mince/ground beef
macaroni pasta, up to you how much you wish to use
1 tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1 tbs oregano
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Cheddar cheese
Extra Mozzarella to top.
