Fried Ice Cream has mixed theories about its origin, but mainly it is a Mexican dessert and is now very popular in north India too.
Its Hot and Crispy outside, gooey, soft, and chilled from inside!

Ingredients:
2 Vanilla Ice-Cream scoops
1/2 cup crushed Ready made Sponge Cake
1/2 All purpose flour
Water as desired
1/2 Cup crushed corn flakes
Oil for frying
3-4 tbsp Chocolate Sauce
