Baked Pasta Penne Recipee
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
16 oz. penne pasta
48 oz. marinara sauce
1 medium white onion chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry italian herbs
Fresh basil thyme and parsley chopped

The 4 cheeses I used are
Mozzarella (8 oz.)
Romano (4 oz.)
Fontina (4 oz.)
Parmesan on the top layer (3 oz.)
Olive oil for cooking
Preparation:
1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes
2. Add ground beef. Cook until browned then strain away fat.
3. Add pepper salt and herbs
4. Add marinara sauce
5. Set aside on simmer while noodles are prepared
6. Cook pasta for 7 minutes
7. Layer with pasta sauce and cheese using parmesan for the top layer
8. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees covered with foil, then uncover and bake another 10 minutes
