Take a look at Haven's 1st Birthday Party. I did a boho theme, at a park, and it was completely vegan. All the food was healthy and nourishing (well, with the exception of corn chips because I ran out of time to make raw flax crackers!!). Not all the food was oil-free and low fat, but it was 100% vegan and 100% delicious. The guests all loved the food and it brought me so much joy, to see so many non-vegans, loving all the vegan food, and realising just how good healthy, vegan food can taste!

Chia Pudding Recipe:
1 cup Almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
2-4 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a jar and stir well, making sure there are no chia clumps. Leave in the fridge overnight.
