Recipe:

1 packet of jelly
Sponge of your choice (I used raspberry filled swiss roll)
600g Strawberries
300g Raspberries
500g blueberries
800ml Custard
600ml Double Cream

Equipment:

Large trifle dish/serving bowl or individual jars.
